All orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the following Monday. Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED in original packaging. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include the completed form with your exchange, and send insured to the above address. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to Bellestyle.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Bellestyle.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Our gift box service includes a matte finished black structured gift box with our signature silver sticker type. All item(s) are wrapped in tissue inside the box. The recipient will receive a blank invoice with the return form.
